The CCV-97 was a cargo vessel designed by Tsaregorodtsev Aviation by contract of the Nuvalkan government and manufactured under liscence by varying corporations. They were designed to be quickly mass produced with little technical skill and labour needed. As such they lack many features of contemporary vessels and have since been heavily refit to comply with newer maritime regulations.
