Plan Æ was the rearmament and expansion plan of the Sahren Navy ordered by High Admiral Lynæ Samatov in early 2193. The fleet was set to be expanded to take on the Imperial Union when combined with the Tekkian navy and set to be completed by 2204. Development of the plan continued for the year and implementation began in mid 2194. The plan called for a fleet centred around two fleet carriers and two smaller aircraft carriers and two battleships.
By 2204 the fleet had not expanded significantly, having only replaced some of its older vessels due to issues of manufacturing and funding. The plan was then extended, sized down, and granted extra funding
