The 105th Alecton Assault Brigade, colloquially known as Thallas or the Thallas Battalion, is a rogue formation of the Larrean Armed Forces, situated in the state of Alecton-Gallante in Larrea, known for being potentially involved in numerous terrorist attacks against Larrean government offices and government facilities, as well as being responsible for multiple counts of piracy and unrecognized military action against neighboring nations. They are in all technicality a formal member of the Larrean armed forces, but their independence and controversial actions and beliefs are not recognized by government organizations. They are known to be religiously motivated, being an extreme offshoot of the Thallasi religion which is particularly prevalent in the state of Alecton-Gallente due to the long history of theocratic strife in the region. According to their leader, the as of yet unknown "Allfather" during a televised hijacking of a broadcast station, they wish to restore the ancient Thallasi empire to its former glory, which would involve a religious war to be waged against the nations of southeastern Doren. Unlike other rogue military organizations in the nation, the Thallas Battalion is indirectly funded and armed by the Larrean Armed Forces, with the SPACOM corporation also reportedly being involved in arming the group.
