The Confederated States of New Aeseria, Colloquially referred to as "Newseria," is a very newly established nation situated south of its parent nation Aeseria. Newseria has a tropical climate throughout the country due to its location directly on Kerbin's equator, making it hot and humid year round and suitable for rocket launches. The capital, Farbanti, is located to the far north of the country, occupying a peninsula overlooking a bay near Aeseria. 1.2 Million people inhabit Farbanti and its surrounding areas, making it the most populous city in Newseria. It is known for it's delicious seafood, and being the only city in Newseria to have a majority Aeserian population.

Newseria was founded after the utter collapse of Ravninny following the Arcadii-Zokesian War, and as such large swathes of the country are made up of wastelands deemed uninhabitable for various reasons, from the gas attacks during the collapse, to nuclear power plants melting down without operators. Farbanti, a city only recently beginning construction in 2073, is the only city in Newseria that is relatively modern. Founded by a large Aeserian colonial party, it is the only modern and technologically advanced city in Newseria, creating a stark disconnect from the mainly Ravninny rest of the country. As of now only dual Aeserian-Newserian citizens may vote, causing much unrest in the country.
