Colonel "Orathan" Rekki Kerman
Colonel Rekki Kerman, also reffered to as Chancellor Orathan Rekki, or simply The Chancellor is the first and current Chancellor of the Republic of Halgonia.
Personal History
Col. Rekki was born between 2030 and 2040 making him several decades old, due to the lack of records of the region before Halgonia an exact age cannot be given. Rekki himself is not an ethnic Halgonian, however during the Halgonian Uplifting when the Milusar family wrestled control from other warring Halgonian families and consolidated their forces into the Democratic Peoples Republic of Halgonia. Rekki by this time had risen through the ranks of the Halgonian Peoples Army, and had proven himself in battle to be worth of leading a personal elite Shock Squad. Apon his ascension to Colonel the High Autarch of the DPRH declared the beginning of the Ascension Process. Rekki volunteered and was the 8th Halgonian to have undergone the procedure. Several months after the procedure had been finished and Rekki's new body fully healed, Halgonia was at war, and negotiations demanded a change in Halgonian Power structure. Fresh out of recovery, Rekki was chosen by the new Halgonian Senate to be the first Chancellor of Halgonia.
Physical Description
Colonel Rekki stands at (1.3 Meters) tall nearly twice the height of the average Kerbal, and taller still than the average ascended Halgonian. His skin is the distinctive pale white-green of other Halgonians, along with the absence of body hair and pores due to the Ascension Process. Rekkis pupils are surrounded by a slight purple haze that fades into a light charcoal of the eye proper. His hair is White. Other characteristics of the Ascension process can be seen as well, Height, slender profile, and facial structure.
Personality
Col. Rekki's personality almost entirely changes depending on the situation. In a room of diplomats and politicians, Rekki's demeanor is commanding, terrifying and to an extent plain creepy. When talking to other nations delegates his tall stature as an Ascended Halgonian make him appear almost otherworldly. When he talks to his own officials however, he has an aura of command, he is THE influence in the room, HE is in command. Privately there is little known about him besides what he has revealed. Apparently in private, Rekki is somewhat awkward and socially inept, which he makes up for with his consistently inexpressive face. Although he has mentioned to confidants in passing that his hobbies include coding, model building, and Linguistics.
Ethnicity
While it might seem strange, Rekki himself is not an ethnic Halgonian, rather he is Vienan. The reason he was promoted to a rank such as Colonel, is the fact he displayed such a 'Halgonian' will during the unification process. He himself does not see Halgonians and other Kafricans differently
