Background

Throughout the 2090s, the Kafrican War raged on between the United Kafrican Front and KAFSOC, with the majority of the free world begrudgingly supporting the overzealous and at times self absorbed Rachel Kerman. With the nations who were anti-kroman not doing enough in their eyes, Mujmueat Al-Shudhada took matters into their own plan, masterminding a plot.

At first it was to be the citadel in Diosca, however upon the analysis that should an uncontacted plane make its way towards the seat of governence itself, it would be met with the entire Kroman Airforce.

The Attacks

On the morning of April 20th, 2094 flights taking off from an undeclared location, flying towards Rinn International Airport (IKAO: KRRN) were unknowingly hyjacked by MS terrorists. At first they flew them on the flight path, before diverting towards the center of Rinn City, where the Fortitude spire was located. As the flights were taking off, a fourth operative was planting explosives within the spire itself, to ensure no chance of their plan failing.

The first plane hit near the top, knocking it clean off with the explosive charges detonating soon after to ensure more damage and collateral. The second plane, moments later would dive to the ground, hitting the tower at its base, causing the begining of the collapse. The third plane struck the tower in the middle, causing it to snap in two, debris raining down upon bystanders and Kerbals trying to escape. The death toll was never released by kroman authorities.
