Air Novenad is the flag carrier airline and largest airline of Novenad by fleet size. It was formed following the 9-Year revolution under the National Strategic Enterprise Fund (NSEF). Currently, Air Novenad flies to 41 destinations worldwide, primarily servicing Veiidic nations.
History
Air Novenad was one of several national market leaders formed under the banner of NSEF. In 2166, Air Novenad used the government bursaries made available to it under the program to purchase a variety of short and long haul aircraft, and promptly began negotiations for terminals in other Veiidic countries. Due largely to lucrative government contracts for ferrying Reclamation Corp troops between hubs and remote airstrips as well as the massive flood of passengers during the post-revolution recovery and Soaring '70s, Air Novenad was able to expand quickly. In 2174 Air Novenad was officially named the flag carrier airline of Novenad, after an ad campaign bolstering national pride in the airline. The airline suffered from a market downturn in the early 2180s, which combined with the burden of several contracts that reduced passenger capacity without adequate compensation led to the company filing for bankruptcy in spring of 2185. Air Novenad reorganized and cut deadweight, re-emerging as a much more streamlined company 18 months later.
In 2193 Air Novenad insituted a bottom up overhaul, replacing the cabins in all aircraft. The new cabins included:
- New ergonomic seats in all classes
- Larger 16" touchscreen VOD with noise-cancelling headphones
- USB and 120V plugs underneath every seat
- Free satellite based internet service on international flights
- Free alcoholic beverages on all flights, including Novenad's signature drink, spiyrt.
The airline also announced they would no longer be transporting goats to secure military training facilities, a decision welcomed by several prominent animal rights activists.

Accidents and Incidents
In 2182 Air Novenad flight 316 was hijacked by a man claiming to be wearing an explosive vest. He requested two messages be relayed, one to the airline demanding 2 million Kinta as ransom and one from a thumb drive at 238.2 MHz. After landing in Bof and receiving the payment, he released the passengers and flight attendants. He then directed the crew to fly to Padelija, Desovo. Upon landing the second time, airport authorities investigated the aircraft and found the plane empty aside from the flight crew.
