Kris! It's a mass retaliatory measure, it's the biggest loss of life in Vocavian naval history, 3500 warships in one fell swoop, gone!
—-Peter O'Hanraha-hankerman, reporting on the end of the Zokesian Blockade, 2090

Peter narrowly escaped death during the destruction of Windsteer when he overslept and reported from his hotel room, initially pretending to report from inside the Vocavian embassy, but eventually relenting when pressed by Kris Morris.

He later repeated this feat during the destruction of Diosca Citadel, delivering a confusing segment in which he claimed to be in a restaurant on the 187th floor attending an economic conference several hours after the collapse of the spire.
