This incident is also heavily debated with some believing it to be a smaller rift created by the earlier Irde incident while others dismiss it as entirely fictional or a result of PTSD and dehydration related hallucination. Regardless, evidence does suggest the tankers did indeed pass through Sabanna on their infamous journey through central kolus.

Event

Various different observations were recorded during the event, with the only consensus being the dissapearance of all kerbal made structures and living creatures in Nuvastia followed by a reapearance exactly two months later. A majority of witness accounts agree on the same day it began and ended, leading many to believe mass hysteria an impossible explanation. Interpretations of the two events include an orb flashing black and white, fractal hallucinations, divine visions, earthquakes, rogue waves, and more.

Sabanna Timeslip Incident

During the Sahren-Nuvastian Desert march, a Kerch tank crew consisting of (), (), and () reportedly passed near the town of Sabanna in which the inhabitants claimed the town was inside Nuvalka. Furthermore most of the inhabitants were said to not understand a word the tankers knew, as they spoke an older dialect of Nuvan while the tankers spoke Upper-Bastian. The tankers were said to have been transported back in time one hundred years to 2045 for the brief moment they passed through Sabanna.

As we entered the town the dust which had cause us so much grief cleared out almost instantly. We expected to see a few of our comrades there since Sabanna would be the last friendly settlement before the border, but we seemed to be the only military personelle of any type there. The people there were clearly from a culture we had never seen before, their clothing and maneurisms made them appear like Nuvans but they spoke a completely alien language to us. We were only able to communicate because a few of them could speak Tekkian, which was mutually intelligable enough with Egercian for Macmahon to understand. Needless to say, we ended up spending far less time in Sabanna than we initially wanted to.
