Background
In the last years of the Sahren Civil War, the people's army and national salvation army had been beaten so badly they were forced out of any major urban areas and united into a united front as they withdrew from the country. In the confusion many important officers of the Labour Party failed to escape the rapidly worsening situation around Slovale and devised plans to withdraw from the continent altogether, most notably Premier Anastasia Otsahrlandiagorodtsev.
