Rhonda Reguwu

Rhonda Reguwu (born 2160 as Ronaldo Reguwu) is a retired Comer Politician who was elected First Minister of New Comer twice (2184-2191) and the first President of Central Kafrica.

Early life

Rhonda Reguwu was born as Ronald Reguwu to parents Sully Reguwu and Rebecca Reguwu. From at least the age of six, according to her autobiography "trans-forming the world", she was dissatisfied and almost disillusioned by her parents and grandparent's constant influence over the need to be masculine and strong. She would remember during playtime at nursery her guilty pleasure of playing with dolls and more feminine roles during the many role-plays she would do with other children during her formative years.

Transition

While deeply unsettled, Rhonda would continue with her life trying to ignore the itching of something not being quite right inside of her, going on to take an interest in programming in her late teens. Going on to study computer science at Comtech before moving onto university. she would run away at the age of 18 while studying Computer Science at Goon University in Clai to pursue her dreams of becoming a woman. Ever since the dissolution of Krome the status of gender non-conforming individuals was shaky at best with the amount of people on the state healthcare register being allowed on hormones being quite low, this would drive Reguwu into seeking out other means, often to make ends meet after no longer living with her parents she would sell herself in allyways, it was during one of these nights where she met a rumoured Stahl Sieg agent who was willing to sell her estrogen. It was this struggle which formed her foundational interest in politics, wanting to change the world for the better.

Politics

Announcing to the city forum of the intention of this unknown male looking creature, in the early phases of transitioning to run for representative for her local area, the electorate took no real notice of her in the 2180 elections, yet she would use this to gather a small but loyal following, who would eventually help her running the entire country when she would become First Minister, this following would barely cross her into assisting in the councilship of the city government, during this time she would champion public projects such as healthcare reform on a local level, her successes would elevate her standing in the country, beginning her focus on national level politics.

In 2184 she would run for First Minister of Comer, winning with a slim majority, before placing her original loyalist group into positions of administration. Without the connections of someone like Blimp Drimp, she found it difficult to network with Comer industry giants, finding herself eventually out maneuvered and forecd to co-sign the Diosca-Bown accords. Despite this brewing Drimp-Reguwu rivalry, she would remain relatively cordial with Dioscan President James K. Sneed, this trust would instill in her the will to allow for the 2188 referendum alongside her relection as first minister of Comer, with the referendum passing in Comer with a majority of 61% at an 88% turnout.

In the subsequent Central Kafrican election of 2190, she would win just over 3 and a half million votes from the people, beating out Dioscan President James K. Sneed to the position
