The SN Doskriota (No.24) is the second Khosa class battleship built and operated by the Sahren Navy. It was sunk only ten years after construction.

Construction and Commission

SN Doskriota was built in the Khosa Stahlduga and launched alongside the sister ship SN Khosa (No.23).

Operational history

Zokesian Civil war

Doskriota performed escort duties for the Sahren-Nuvastian combined expeditionary forces alongside Khosa. The Sahren battleships did not fire a single shot but their potential for artillery support positively effected morale of the combined forces.

Burial Controversy

For the construction of the Klensagrad isles, the area in which new islands were to be erected included the wreckage of Doskriota. Controversially, the vessel nor the islands were relocated, instead small portions were cut off and brought ashore for use in a new memorial and the rest of the ship was buried. This memorial still stands today.

one 15 inch cannon from the first turret was recovered and is now in the memorial. The two rearmost turrets were burried under the Klensagrad isles, leaving the two frontmost turrets the only piece of wreckage still on the seabed as they drifted away from the area which the islands were laid.
