A canton (Highkonic), Tempora Rotunda (Old Spearkan), omni-orb or time dome, more formally known as a Omnichronicratic Containment Hemisphere (OCH), is an arcological megastructure designed to house and sustain a self-sufficient population of Kerbals for the purpose of simulating historical societies.
