Communal

The Republic is split between 150 city-communes. The communes were centred around a city or settlement and are orientated around participatory governance. A vote is seen as treated as a decision to volunteer.

Confederal

The Commonwealth is an intermediate unit of governance between the commune and the federation. The Commonwealths are governed by a unicameral legislature known as the Commonwealth Delegation.

Federal Delegation

The Federation is the largest and weakest political entity in the Universal Republic. The Federation contains a bicameral legislature: the delegation and the council. The Delegation consists of one representing delegate per commune in the federation. These delegates are elected by a popular vote using the first past the post system. An issue is raised in the delegation if any delegate demands it. Voting is done using a show of hands, no decision is private. If a decision has less than 95% of the vote, then the decision must either be compromised upon until it meets the requirements or given to the commonwealths. Any abstain or absent votes are not counted, and instead reduce the size of the voting pool.

The Delegation may vote to illegitimate the decisions of commonwealths under it. For this the delegation needs to have a three-quarter agreement with the decision, absent or abstain votes are counted as nay votes.

Executive Council

The Council, also known as the executive council, is the upper house of the federation. The Council consists of a councillor from each commonwealth. A councillor is elected by a popular vote using a transfer, runoff or a similar ranked system. An issue may be raised in the council if a councillor demands it. Voting is done by a show of hands; no decision is private. Every decision must be unanimous, with abstain votes counting as nay votes.

Laythia

The Geography of Laythia consists of plains, lakes alongside coastal marshlands.

Dzuethe

The Geography of Dzuethe consists of mountains, hills and some plains in the lowlands.

Awthenia

Awthenia consists mainly of pains with some hills to the north-west and the sea to the east and south.

Fedithe

Fedithe consists of a vast plain.

Jyfael

Jyfael is made up of a variety of different geographic regions as mountains to the west, plains to the east, hills in the centre and a coastline to the east.
