History
Redoubt Energy Systems was originally founded as the privately held Fedithe High Power Labs in 2153. After going public, it rebranded to Redoubt Energy Systems, named for its first radioisotope thermoelectric generator, the Redoubt MKI Thermoelectric Generation System, meant for long-lasting, low power satellites. Redoubt is now principally known for its ongoing and very confidential "Cylinder" Project, a long running program to supposedly develop semi-portable orbital and possibly intersystem habitats. Not much is known about this project
