King Ank I of the Nuntics was the first king of the Nuntic Krakany tribes. Ank I unified two small settlements of Nunticlander tribes in 846 A.D. after defeating his rival Dahlstrom the Unready. Despite this meager achievement, the unification of theses settlements led to the Union of Nuntic tribes across the region. Ank I crossed the lake now known as Lake Anksfjord. Shortly after, Ank I fell ill of an Unknown Illness and
died in 849.
The City of Anksfjord was named for Ank I, and later renamed to New Anksfjord after the Anksfjord Fire.
