The Zeouli People's Militia is an organisation and paramilitary force dedicated to ending Sarconian rule over Zeoul. The ZPM first emerged in the early 2140s, and went on to absorb all significant Zeouli resistance groups. The group has been engaging in irregular and asymmetric warfare with Sarconia for several decades. The intensity of this conflict has varied dramatically Its political wing, the Zeoulia Free Party, is not recognised as legitimate by the Sarconian State.

Strength

The ZPM operates a small and irregular constellation of pirate satellites, used for communication, illegal broadcasting across Zeoul, Sarconia and Doren, reconnaissance, and occaisonal haphazard offensive actions against Sarconian orbital assets. The majority of these are believed to have been purchased secondhand from an unknown state sometime in the latter half of the 22nd century. Persistent rumours have alleged to links between Zeouli People's Militia and Laythian Union actors on Kerbin. No evidence or concrete connection affirming this has ever come to light, beyond the LU's position as a successor state to the Aquarian Joolian diaspora. Nevertheless, it is the subject of several conspiracies, some even claiming that C140, Aquaria's intelligence agency, continues to operate in the outer system under the LU.
