Davedhrin Nerott Maxiat Kerman was the leader of Sarconia, and later the Combined Provinces of Doren. After their collapse, he went on to found the Cult of the Pencil, a terrorist organisation of radical Sarconian Nationalists who have conducted attacks across the continent of Doren.
Dave has been active since 2057, most notably being behind several terrorist attacks on Aquaria, instigating a civil war within the MCS, taking control of the Doren plains under the CPD, and assassinating Harriet Kerman at her own conference. Throughout the decades he has evaded capture at every turn, and is one of the most notorious figures in the region.
