Wuste is a City-State located in the Kulge Desert. Existing in some form or another for the past one thousand years, the House of Sabbakid has ruled the state for most of it's history, with the last ruler being Abdullah Kerman. A republican protectorate under Phoenia was established in 2127 under which it remained for 40 years. In 2167, a Ba'athist coup took control of the country and installed ""Kaddam Sussein"" as its president. The nation is currently a member state of the Kulge Confederacy and has been since the 2140s. Most of its entire populace is located in urban centers near the coast, and the surrounding desert is rich in oil, providing most of the country's income. Owing to it's high density and desert locale, the city is built in a similar style to Kroman citadels, but modified for optimal functioning in a desert environment.
