The C-E3 aka Tri Holer is a narrow body tri jet built and designed in the Kingdom of Constadia as a part of a bulletin set out by the CAG to create a domestically produced airliner for use in mid to short range flights at an affordable cost.

The designs specifications called for a minimum of 2 engines and passenger capacity of 69 or higher the result of this set of specifications was the C-E3 1000 series of aircraft which were a triplane configuration medium range stol capable

rugged aircraft for use anywhere in the Kingdom of Constadia and Veiid.
