Headquartered in Bayl, Schrschnell, the company was founded in 2073 as Insta-Kurger Bing, a Zok, Zokesia–based restaurant chain. After Insta-Kurger Bing ran into financial difficulties, its two Schrschnell-based franchisees Edger Degerson (2027–2118) and Roger Denner (2026–2096) purchased the company in 2089. Over the next century, the company changed hands four times and its third set of owners, a partnership between GreyStone and Stahlsieg Banking Ltd. took it public in 2182.
