Alkan Tractor Company was formally created in 2107 in Sahr to produce vehicles for industrial usage.

Their engines were considered to be of the highest quality available in Egercia, powering anything from automobiles to towering flying boats.
The hysteria of the 2160s marked the lowest point of the company as it struggled with foreign competitors, along with their production plants being damaged or destroyed from the Sahren civil war. In 2161 the company sold off a majority of its assets including Alkan Motor Works. Alkan narrowly avoided dissolution due to its partnership with Logi Motor Company and the ensuing expansion into the wider kolusian market.
