Up to 3000 m against personnel}}The RT-25 (Kerbian: Ručni Top 25, handheld cannon 25 mm) is an anti-material sniper rifle developed by the Teza Military Technology Institute (TVTI). It fires a single 25mm cartridge and is one of the most powerful shoulder-fired weapons in service. An unique trait about it is that the rifle is entirely recoil-less due to its gas venting design.

== Specifications ==
The rifle was developed to engage light and medium APC from short distances, and to achieve enough penetration while keeping the weapon small enough for human use, a back blast upper barrel was installed, similar to the mechanism used in larger recoil-less rifles or shoulder-launched RPG.

A relatively light weight of 16 kg was achieved by using composite materials and light alloys in the bipod, top and bottom barrels. Due to this material choice, the rifle has a relatively high cost and a limited production rate. A variant made with cheaper materials is also produced, although it weighs approximately five kilograms more.
