The War of Imperial Reclamation, also known as the War of Northern Imperial Aggression, was a reopening of hostilities between the former members of the UIF and Ultranationalist Arcadia spanning from 5 June 2147 to 12 August 2149.
Background
When the first signs of the UIF return coming in the form of massive spacecraft from Eve, the Zokesian government went on high alert. The Imperial Continuity Army and Nautilus-Laveskan Commonwealth soon came to a summit to reform the UIF and reclaim their homeland from the Arcadian Ultranationalists, who had led a brutal anti-imperium propaganda campaign for decades in the former Aenian states. War broke out in 2147, and soon all Zokesian naval assets were directed towards the Tau sea to support the UIF's naval assets in the region and contain Arcadian sea assets, in preparation for a land campaign on Arcadia proper

Sahren Intervention

In the opening days of the war, a whistleblower in the Sahren high command informed the Zokeisan Air Force some fifty advanced fighter jets were going to be sent in secret to support Arcadia, to test them in battle following their production. Sahr already had volunteers fighting against Arcadia, and the reasons for this defection were unclear; but the reaction from the air force was timely and swift. Sixty Zokesian jets from 3rd and 4th Air Wings - made up of Z-80s, Kaminaris, and F-52 Kargadans, took off from Schrschnell as the Sahren force assembled to fly east. Slashing into the formations, the zokesians downed nearly every single jet to a man, while suffering only five losses of their own. The Sahren government objected and claimed Zokesia violated their airspace, but the international community turned away from Sahr when it was revealed they were sending said fighters to fight the "evil in our time" - The arcadians.
Operation Carolinas & North Point Campaign
Main article: North Point Campaign
The invasion of North Point began with a massive naval battle, with Belkan superbattleships facing off against the Arcadian fleet. The resulting battle left the Belkan fleet in shambles, and the entire operation was at risk of being overwhelmed by the large Arcadian naval presence around the islands. Nonetheless, an extremely effective air campaign from the Zokesian and IUF carriers saw the destruction of the northern fleet, and a redirection of the landing forces allowed Zokesian and Stahlsieg troops to land on the island. This, coupled with the MCR marines who had orbitally dropped onto the island the days prior, allowed for a swift capture of one of the most strategic naval assets to the Arcadians and a heavy blow to their naval forces.
Battle of the Tau Sea
Turning south, the combined Coalition Task Force 17 operated in coordination with Phoenian and Grestinian ships in the south in the Battle of the Tau Sea, a four-week long antishipping campaign. The Arcadian Navy, lacking air support, was systematically hunted down and destroyed by coalition aircraft and surface ships. The few surviving ships that escaped west surrendered to Crytil and did not take part in the rest of the war.
Newseria Campaign
Battle of Gorodsky
Following the success of the North Point campaign, the coalition forces of the Southern Tau theatre were tasked with making landings on the southern shore of the Andeus River with the objective of opening a second front against Newseria. Coalition forces in the area consisted of the Phoenian First Fleet headed by the aircraft carrying battleship Phoezi which together with its escorts comprised half of Phoenian naval strength at the time. Also present were Laveskan task forces 16 and 18 which together consisted of 12 Volunteer-class destroyers, 4 of which were assigned to the LHD Korfu.
The Arcadian southern fleet defended the coastal city of Morbantiye with the lead Arkadii-Soyuz-class carrier and 4 Natalia-class battleships. These were further supplemented by a large complement of offshore patrol vessels and motor torpedo boats.
The campaign officially began at 0600 on the 28th of March, 2148 with the launch of 5 PAF-03 Shabgard bombers from Phoezi borrowed from the Granderian Air Force. Because of their size, the bombers had to be loaded onto the deck by crane and were unable to fit within the carrier's hangar. They could only just barely take off from the flight deck, and would have to fly back to Bravis upon completing their strikes. The bombers appeared on Arcadian radar at around 06:45 at an altitude of 15,000 m, which prompted the Arkadii-Soyuz to launch its full complement of 30 YaV-39 heavy fighters to defend the carrier. These would be intercepted by the 50 PAF-08 Super Swifts which had until then been flying CAP sorties or held on standby to scramble at a moment's notice on deck. The two groups would come within missile range at 07:18, and the initial volley saw a similar number of aircraft on both sides succumb. However, in the merge that followed, the much older and heavier YaVs were easily outperformed by the smaller and more agile Swifts and overwhelmed by their greater numbers. In the end, all 30 YaVs were shot down for 10 Phoenian losses.

Battle of Spaseniye

Resistance was still fierce on the continent of Doren, as IUF and Phoenian armies swept into Arcadia. Fierce tank battles in Konig, Amber, and Gagriel raged as the air war was won by Imperium pilots at heavy losses on both sides. On the southern flank, a great bridge was built to cross the river that marked the boundry of Aenia to the north. A brave crossing by Zokesian volunteers, SS divisions, Sahren and Phoenian troops opened up the front and within mere weeks the Arcadian war machine was in full collapse.

The Fall of Arcadia
Main article: Battle of New Comberth With IUF space marines landing in the capitol of New Comberth, the flag of victory was raised above the burning city, but only after heavy coalition losses. Zokesian forces returned to their ports in Sopost and Schrschnell, the war over.
Aftermath
Casualties
too damn many
Economic Effects
Expendatures of all sides ballooned, with the IUF reaching a peak of four times it's pre-war expendatures.
Shortages of goods were endemic across Arcadia due to the nearly uncontested blockade. Shortages on the opposing side were limited as the coalition was spread over a large resource base and could make up for shortages of particular goods in eachother.

Stahl Sieg Pardoned
John Kallan Kurrman moved to reconcile the civil war's still open wounds by officially pardoning the 5 Stahl Sieg Divisions that did not break away from Zokesia during the Civil War. Many in Zokesia felt that the whole of the Stahl Sieg organization was to blame for the defection and that their alleged war crimes were to be blamed on the entirety of the group. However the still active units made up a notable force around the globe, many of which were still Zokesian loyalists and had signed up to defend their nations and Zokesia from Stihlovist menaces. Now, with the outbreak of war against Arcadia, they once again felt a need to approach Zokesia and offer their services to free the peoples of Aenia and Gagriel. Fearing their rogue status may lead them to fight for the highest bidder, the Zokesian president knew he had to make amends before he faced a second insurrection down the line. John Kallan Kurrman put those accusations to rest with the stroke of his pen.
Outside the Stahl Seig barracks complex at Nautilus, a crowd of civilians, Zokesian Sailors, Soldiers, and Aviators gathered to watch. 200 Stahl Sieg troops, from all nations - from Veiid to Kolus, Doren and Firesvar - were in perfect formation behind their honor guards. At precisely 11:45 on May 11th, 2149, each of the 5 Stahl Sieg honor guards - 11th SS. "Gunnar" Königgrätzer, 14th SS. Belasrien, 17th SS. "Morado" Nautilen, 18th SS. NeuCom, and 19th SS. Arkerien - lowered their banners before the President of Zokesia. John Kallan Kurrman gave a short speech:
"The healing process is a two way street - you have shown your loyalty to Zokesia and the Republican ideals we hold, and now it is time for the people to likewize show the spirit of Zokesia and its values of compassion and forgiveness. Together, the nation and its warriors can unite and find peace at home and abroad."
