The Empire of Fegeland, formally the Very Democratic Constitutional Republican Empire of Fegeland, is a nation located on the south of the Central Sea, at the heart of Feguanesia. Fegeland is a bi-cameral Empire led by a Great Emperor, lately His Majesty Vaitao (Namrai) Namresh Jr. Terei Tahura Kerman, the 1st (2130 - 2134).
Politics
Government
Fegeland's government is mostly an Imperial Republic with two main Chambers: the Council of Ministers and the Council of Sages.

The Emperor
The <em>Emperor of Fegeland</em> is the highest authority in the Empire. He appoints the <em>Sages</em> and the <em>Governors</em>. He designates his successor (most often his direct heir), who succeeds him in case of death or resignation. There is no way to dismiss the Emperor, exept by war. The Emperor can legislate by decree.

The Council of Sages
The <em>Council of Sages</em> is the oldest institution of the Empire. It's story starts during the end of the Feguanesian monarchic tribes era, when the south tribes united in an alliance. It is composed of a small number of <em>Sages</em> appointed by the Emperor. The Sages are usually descendants of kings of ancient tribes, and are appointed for life. They can be dismissed by a vote or by the Emperor. There is one Great Sage per District, so there is 6 Great Sages in total. The Great Sages are not dismissible by vote, have a veto right and lead the deliberations of the Council. The Great Sages are descendants of the <em>Ari'i </em>, the old Feguanesian kings. Most of them belongs to one of the ari'i dynasties. The Council of Sages is responsible for debating the legislative proposals of the Council of Ministers at General Assemblies

The Council of Ministers
The Council of Ministers is elected by proportional universal ballot. There is one Minister per Ministry (one for Space, one for Economy, and so on) and a Prime Minister, elected by the Ministers. Unlike in other Republics, there is also one Minister per District. They can vote <em>laws</em> that will need the Council of Sage's approval before being applied.

Temporary Government (2071 - 2073)
After the Revolution, the former government escaped to Huturoa, and formed the Temporary Imperial Government for the Empire Recovery (TIGER). Led by Namresh Tahura Kerman (DSOF, FMOH, FSO), who was given the full powers, the TIGER had the same working principles as the legacy government. After Namresh disappeared in a surfing accident at Teahupo'o, the role of Temporary Emperor was given to Hititoa Fa'atuarai, his former Prime Minister. Namresh later came back after having taken part in Wipe Out.
Prekerbinian and Feguanesian period
Feguan Mythology
Geological history of mainland Feguanesia dates from the formation of the Doren continent, with little changes since the formation of the Central Sea. Neither of Fegeland's coasts are tectonically active. The only mountainous massif in Feguanesia, the Kaztecatl Mountains, are the northernmost remains of the now gone Dorvician Chain. After the formation of Doren, a second period of tectonic activity (~450MY) raised younger peaks on top of the older massif. Although not among the highest mountainous chains in Doren, the Kaztecatl have stood as a natural barrier for millions of years, separating coastal Feguanesia from the plains and plateaus of central Doren.

Early traces of Kerbal activity were found along the northern coasts of Fegeland, dating from around 20 000 BC. Prehistoric remains, choppers, traces of settlements and cave paintings have been discovered in several notable sites in modern Fegeland and Algiza, depicting an early colonization from the littoral hilly lands of northern Feguanesia, made fertile by the tropical climate and rainfalls on the Kaztecatl Mountains. The harsher continental climate of southern Feguanesia prevented the settlement of sedentary peoples until much later.
Current Empire of Fegeland
Nowadays, the Feguanesian culture and traditions still remains alive on
the islands and coasts of the south of Central Sea, and have a strong
place in Fegeland's popular culture.
The International System of Units, abbreviated SI (from the Feguan Sistema Iteruaofenui'i ), modern version of the metric system developed by the Feguan Imperial Bureau of Measurements (FIBM), is a system of measurement based on physical constants that has became the de-facto standard of measurement in most countries around the world as well as in scientific and industrial domains. It defines a coherent system of base units and derived units aiming to supersede previous systems deemed illogical and impractical.

The SI comprises a coherent system of units of measurement starting with seven base units, which are the second (symbol s, the unit of time), metre (m, length), kilogram (kg, mass), ampere (A, electric current), kelvin (K, thermodynamic temperature), mole (mol, amount of substance), and candela (cd, luminous intensity). The system can accommodate coherent units for an unlimited number of additional quantities. These are called coherent derived units, which can always be represented as products of powers of the base units. Twenty-two coherent derived units have been provided with special names and symbols.

The seven base units and the 22 coherent derived units with special names and symbols may be used in combination to express other coherent derived units. Since the sizes of coherent units will be convenient for only some applications and not for others, the SI provides twenty-four prefixes which, when added to the name and symbol of a coherent unit produce twenty-four additional (non-coherent) SI units for the same quantity; these non-coherent units are always decimal (i.e. power-of-ten) multiples and sub-multiples of the coherent unit.
Metric Capalpower (power)
The metric capalpower, abbreviated ch (from the Feguan capal-heimana), is an unit of power commonly used to express the power output of vehicles, engines and rotating machinery. Although not part of the SI, the unit is based exclusively on the metric system. It is defined as the power produced by a capal lifting vertically a mass of 75 kg about a distance of 1 m in 1 s :

1 ch = 75 [kg] × 1 [metre] / 1 [second] = 75 kg.m.s-1.

Modern usage recommends the use of the watt (W) as the standard unit of power. One capalpower equals 735.5 watts.

The Niuhiti class is a class of aircraft and helicopter carriers in service in the Feguan Navy. The official designation of the class is LHD Niuhiti (Landing Helicopter Dock), with indicatives ranging from CH-N01 to CH-N07 for the 7 sisterships in service in the Feguan Navy and affiliated Commonwealth navies.

History
Origins
The Niuhiti class is the result of a 3-years designing process by VAA Naval Industries in response to the 2041 Blue Act of Defense, a governmental budget law aiming the renewal and expansion of the Feguan Navy.

In 2039, VAA Naval Industries studied and sketched the concept of a multi-purpose light aircraft carrier, code-named XVH-4. The proposed vessel would be conventionally powered, fitted with a rear dock for landing ships and barges (originally the LCT-07 and LCB-09). A wide deck would cover the top, with a command isle located to the starboard side, alike existing aircraft carriers. This deck would allow the deployment of helicopters, VTOL and STOL aircrafts, sub-orbital spacecrafts (such as the Draco- series) and conventional fighters with a short taking-off requirement. Most of Fegeland's indigenous fighters would be able to take off.

When the Blue Act of Defense was approved in 2041, VAA Naval Industries proposed the XVH-4 draft, which was approved. Four initial units were ordered for a total of 4 million FF (Feguan Francs).

Construction began at Ranga Bay Harbor drydocks 4 and 6 (2 units), Fegua (one unit), and Vaimarata (delegated to Huturoan Shipyards for the last unit), with the first unit being completed by 2044 without delays.

Launch & initial career
The first unit, CH-N01, was christened at Ranga Bay on June 2044. The name "FSS Nuihiti" was chosen after the Feguanesian east wind niuhiti. The other 3 ships were christened soon after, after other major Feguanesian winds : FSS Pafa'ite (CH-N02), FSS Toherau (CH-N03), and FSS Maoa'e (CH-N04).

Fire at sea of FSS Maoa'e
FSS Maoa'e (CH-N04) was severely damaged by a fire while at sea during offshore refueling operations near the Kolus Strait in November 2119. The ship was coupled with the AOR FSS Mora Tefai tanker for refueling at the time of the incident. At 06h30, 20 minutes into the refueling operation, fire broke out at the fuel line hatch, likely caused by the abrupt disconnection of the jet fuel line due to rough seas and unexpected movement of both ships. The jet fuel line was slightly shorter than the two HFO lines, while also being thinner and located between the two larger HFO lines, which might have caused sailors to rely on the sagging of the more visible HFO lines under the reel-in catenary to estimate the remaining reel capacity of the fueling apparatus. The jet fuel line was forcibly pulled off before the HFO lines had no sag left, resulting in fuel being spread into the fuel lines hatch and all around the fuel pumping compartment at the rear of the isle. The resulting fire rapidly spread out of control, engulfing the aft section of deck 10 in mere minutes, and damaging the electrical instrumentation of the fuel hatch, preventing FSS Mora Tefai from decoupling the fuel lines, aggravating the fire as heat soon lit the heavier HFO fuel.

Firefighting efforts rapidly proved to be insufficient and the ship issued a mayday call, receiving assistance from the nearby FSS Shikaze and FSS Waimafatu frigates. Other nearby ships from the SFRK, Orion Navy and Gallante Federation also provided assistance, both in rescue and firefighting operations. Capt. Perei Rokui ordered evacuation of the ship after 4 hours of unsuccessful efforts, due to concerns of explosion of the ship's ammo reserves and weapons, but remained on board with a team of volunteers in an ultimate effort to save the ship. Onboard fire suppression systems remained active due to Rokui's decision of maintaining engine power as long as possible. Despite not being equipped with the correct chemicals to fight hydrocarbon fires, the fire suppression systems proved being decisive in cooling the ship structure and preventing the fire from openly spreading across large open spaces like the rear dock and hangar. After 20 hours of fighting, the makeshift team of volunteers and international assistance had managed to put off the last fires without suffering losses. 67 crewmen suffered from light injuries or incommodation due to the dense toxic smokes, 12 of them requiring hospitalization.

The FSS Maoa'e suffered severe damage from the fire, several decks being destroyed, including part of the island, hangar and many of the facilities located on the rear half of the ship. The forward half of the ship, the flight deck, rear dock, most of the hangar and both engine rooms were spared. The ship was discretely towed back to Ranga Bay six days after the incident and spent three years in a drydock of the Ranga Bay Shipyards for internal investigations and early repair works, before being moved to a remote area of the shipyards.

The incident was broadly publicized, and the opacity of the Feguan Navy sparkled political debate, the left wing of both Chambers pleading for decommission of the ship and reforms in the Navy. Public opinion was further influenced by revelations made by several whistleblowers on social media about lax safety standards in the Navy, especially concerning design issues with the refueling system, lax procedures, and inadequate firefighting equipment onboard (notably the absence of anti-hydrocarbon fire chemicals). Capt. Rokui's efforts to save the ship were however acclaimed as "heroic" by the public, and he later received the Feguan Distinguished Service Order (DSOF) in recognition for his efforts.

The resulting political deadlock prevented budget from being allocated to Maoa'e<nowiki/>'s repairs for several years. She was initially placed in drydock in preparation for the repair works, where she remained for three years after preparatory work was completed, mostly cleaning and safety work. Further progress was stalled due to the aforementioned budget deadlock, and she was moved out of drydock after three years of inactivity due to the operational and financial high cost of drydock occupancy. Berthed at a remote pier of the Ranga Bay shipyards area, she has remained abandoned ever since, whilst never being formally radiated from the Navy's roster. She became a popular (albeit illegal) spot for urbex, being the world's largest technically explorable warship for many years, and a recurring issue for the shipyard security services. An association - the Friends of Maoa'e - was eventually formed with the goal of repurposing her as a museum, but lack of funding and political support for the project led to the association being disbanded in 2132. Ever since, she became a place of meeting for rave parties and counter-culture events, and fell in an increasing state of derelict without proper maintenance. The lack of attention from the shipyard's authorities led groups of ravers occasionally engaging in rudimentary benevolent maintenance of the most accessible parts of the ship, albeit repeated accidents would temporarily bring the abandoned ship under reinforced surveillance.

The ship was acquired in 2140 by Yuki Tanaka and the Wakir Girls to be repurposed to host concerts and public events. The Wakir Girls Holding LLC covered the costs of repairs and retrofitting, and the ship hosted the first edition of Carrier Fest, an electronic music festival, in 2142. Further repairs were completed in the following year, restoring the ship's propulsion and making it able to host events outside of Ranga Bay and cruises across Feguanesia.

JuanHorse: Quick update

The KerbalPowers roleplay have been ran and stopped several times across the years, and each single "run" of the game is designated as an "iteration". We are currently (as of September 2025) in standby before the launch of KP3. Many changes have been made over the course of the years, resulting in radically different gameplay and settings, the core spirit of the game - that is, a geopolitical roleplay on Kerbin where players embodies fictional nations on the little green men's planet - has been conserved since the beginnings, and several nations and players have been present across multiple iterations.

Kerbal Nations
Kerbal Nations was the original iteration of the KP lineage, starting when the Naval Battle League Campaign mode based on the KSP forum was shut down for roleplaying. The game was established on an external forum by two active players and very quickly joined by the previous threads creator. Though this game did not last long it established the core of the community and basic ideas of the format. Soon after the basis of KP1 began to form as recruitment of a larger playerbase to maintain activity took place.

KP 1
KP 1 was the first iteration of the KerbalPowers powers format where many of the unique standards of the game have emerged such as craft simming, the setting itself, and the step away from scripted outcomes. The game eventually came to an end as escalating conflicts paired with the lack of any combat mods at the time such as BD armory led to any larger scale wars being untennable.

Several follow on roleplays came after KP1 but almost all were failed starts that died off within a number of weeks and diminished the community alongside creating a sense of fatigue. In late 2016 the future GM of KP2 dictated that they would create the next iteration but not for several months to allow a period of rest. KP2 began in mid 2017.

KP 2
KP 2 was the longest and largest iteration of KerbalPowers so far, ran between June 2017 and September 2019. The changes brought by KP 2 have served as a base for subsequent iterations and are the de-facto standard nowadays (most notably, restricting the size of nations). Many aspects of the present iterations are borrowed from KP 2, as a continuation of its legacy. From KP 2, it has been attempted to carry over the player-made lore across iterations as much as possible, to allow for complex national histories to emerge. Some nations even dating from KP 1, a core base of players have been present in the community for several real-life years.

KP2 came to an end due to a combination of factors varying from escalating conflicts, an internal cabal of players hostile to the game itself, troubled leadership, a coordinated player exodus and decanonisation effort, and the exit of remaining experienced players soon after.

KP 2.3
After the end of KP 2, and considering the successive reports of Kerbal Space Program 2 (on which KP 3 was planned to launch), some players decided to take on themselves to revive the game in the meantime for those who couldn't wait for the next iteration, KP 3. Thus, KP 2.3 was created in January 2020, borrowing the spirit and lore of KP 2 as its legacy. With the same goals in mind, and originally set for a short lifespan, the successive postponements of KSP 2 made it clear that it would last longer than anticipated. As a result, what was originally a testing ground for new game mechanics had to be expanded into a more structured iteration, leading to a new iteration.

KP 2.5
KP 2.5 was started in January 2021 as an attempt to fill the gaps of the short-term planned KP 2.3 by providing a new set of mechanics that are an improvement of the temporary KP 2.3 mechanics. This iteration comes with the addition of several new aspects to allow for more in-game interactions, such as Resources and Colonies. KP 2.5 aims to fill the gap between KP 2.3 and KP 3, and to offer an improved experience over the previous iterations by addressing some important game design flaws. KP2.5 ended in 2022.

KP 3
KP 3 was originally planned to be the iteration directly following KP 2, and was supposed to be based on KSP2. Following the failure of KSP2, plans for KP3 were reassessed and KP3 will be based on KSP1 with an improved modpack, including custom-made mods, and new improved RP mechanics. KP3 has been in preparation for several years and the start date is unknown (as of September 2025), although development of the modpack is nearing completion.

The Niuhiti class is a class of aircraft and helicopter carriers in service in the Feguan Navy. The official designation of the class is LHD Niuhiti (Landing Helicopter Dock), with indicatives ranging from CH-N01 to CH-N04 for the 4 sisterships in service in the Feguan Navy.

History

Four initial units were ordered for a total of 4 million FF (Feguan Franc).

Construction began at Ranga Bay Harbor drydocks 4 and 6 (2 units), Fegua (one unit), and Vaimarata (delegated to Huturoan Shipyards for one last unit), with the first unit being completed by 2044 without delays.

FSS Maoa'e (CH-N04) was severely damaged by a fire while at sea during offshore refueling operations near the Kolus Strait in November [YEAR].

Public opinion was further influenced by revelations made by several whistleblowers on social media of lax safety standards in the Navy. Capt. Rokui's efforts to save the ship were however acclaimed as "heroic" by the public, and he later received the Feguan Distinguished Service Order (DSOF) in recognition for his efforts.

History

FSS Maoa'e (CH-N04) was severely damaged by a fire while at sea during offshore refueling operations near the Kolus Strait in November [YEAR].

}}The Wakir Club, also known as "The Wakir Girls Club" or "Wakir" for short, is a select nightclub maid café in Fegua, with notable venues in Vaimarata and Lotte Kyu. Located on the coast of Aorangi Beach, in the Aorangi neighborhood - the "Feguan Riviera" -, the Wakir Club is a revered nightlife spot for the Feguan elites. Connections to underground businesses, local mafia networks and government officials have made the Wakir a fabled word of mouth in popular folklore.

History
Foundation
The first Wakir Girls' Club was founded in 1936 in Pihiro by Vaiana Tanaka (1896-1945), star Feguan dancer and escort, and daughter of Henari'i Tanaka, founder of the Tanaka Corporation. It quickly rose in popularity thanks to Vaiana's international aura, gathering the Feguan Jet Set in the golden years of resort tourism in Pihiro. After the public assassination of Vaiana by a mafia hired by her own father in 1945, the club remained closed until a private hedge fund acquired it from the Tanaka family in 1947 with the intention of opening a new front in Fegua.

Located on the coast of Aorangi Beach, in what was already Fegua's own growing luxury seaside resort, the current Wakir Girls' Club opened in 1951 and remained in operation ever since. The location in Pihiro closed in 2071, victim of the 2071 collapse of Fegeland. It was reopened in 2077 by Yuki Tanaka.
The assassination of Vaiana Tanaka in 1945 profoundly shocked public opinion both in Feguanesia and worldwide. The multi-faceted star was famous on Kerbin's greatest stages, and her death resulted in a vast media frenzy at the times, with newspapers of varying credibility rivalling with the most creative theories. Pressure from Tahura Dynasty officials quickly revealed the role of the Fuku'uto Mafia in the assassination, as well as the implication of Henari'i Tanaka, Vaiana's father. Henari'i, irritated by the growing fame of his daughter, fearing that her success would jeopardize the reputation of the Tanaka Corporation, fomented her assassination. Prosecuted by the Imperial Court of Fegua, he was notoriously acquitted of most charges, in a trial that brought vehement public contestation.

Violent riots conducted by nightlife workers in Fegeland protesting against the insecurity of their sector culminated on the 17th of Jvne 1945 with clashes against police and military forces in Fegua. Two more girls would perish before the Council of Sages adopted reforms to protect workers and prosecute criminals. These outbreaks led to the creation of a self-proclaimed sorority syndicate, the Sisters of the Lei. Despite their name, the Sisters of the Lei also included male members, although almost exclusively fa'afahines.

Activities conducted by the Sisters of the Lei ranges from political activism (the organisation is markedly anarchist) to mafious ventures and gang activities.
